摘 要:应用耗散粒子动力学(DPD)模拟方法研究不同共混比PP/PA6的介观相貌及动力学演变过程。加入适量PP-g-PA6后比较研究PP-g-PA6作为相容剂对PP/PA6在不同混合比下相形态的影响。发现在一定混合比下加入少量PP-g-PA6能改变PP/PA6的介观形貌。此外,为研究不同添加量PP-g-PA6对PP/PA6相容性的影响,相对PP和PA6总量分别为2%,4%,6%,8%和10%的PP-g-PA6被加入到90PP/10PA6体系中。结果发现少量的PP-g-PA6能降低共混体系界面张力,提高共混相容性,但是过量的PP-g-PA6会使得体系PA6发生相溶胀从而使体系界面张力变大,不利于体系相相容。Dissipative particle dynamics( DPD) is used to investigate the mesoscopic appearance and dynamic evolution process of polypropylene/polyamide 6( PP/PA6) blends. The effect of PP-g-PA6 as a compatibilizer on the morphology of PP/PA6 under different mixing ratios were studied by adding proper amount of PP-g-PA6,and found that PP-g-PA6 can changed the mesoscopic morphology of PP/PA6 blends under a certain mixing ratio.Besides,2%,4%,6%,8% and 10% PP-g-PA6 were added to investigate the effect of different PP-g-PA6 on90PP/10PA6 blends,respectively. The results showed that a small amount of PP-g-PA6 can reduce the interfacial tension and improve the compatibility,but too much PP-g-PA6 made the phase of PA6 swell and made the total interfacial tension of the system becomes larger,which was not good for phase fusion.
