冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白测定临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标水平与冠心病之间的关系。方法方便选取上海市普陀医院2015年1月—2016年8月期间确诊为冠心病的47例患者作为观察组,同期检查结果正常的50名健康者作为对照组。受试者均抽取晨起空腹血样,检测血清Hcy、hs-CRP指标水平,比较并统计观察组和对照组Hcy、hs-CRP指标差异情况以及两组指标异常率检出情况。结果观察组患者Hcy[(17.25±5.28)μmol/L]、hs-CRP[(7.12±2.26)mg/d L]指标水平均显著高于对照组[(10.69±2.69)μmol/L、(1.93±1.25)mg/d L],组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Hcy和hs-CRP指标水平异常检出率均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Hcy、hs-CRP指标水平异常升高与冠心病存在密切联系,可为冠心病的诊断提供一定参考依据。Objective To study the correlation between the homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and contrary heart disease. Methods 47 cases of patients with coronary heart diseases diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the observation group, and 50 cases of healthy persons at the same period were conveniently selected as the control group, and the fasting blood samples were extracted in the two groups, and the serum Hcy and hsCRP levels were tested and the differences in the Hcy and hs-CRP and test of abnormal rate of the two groups were compared and counted. Results The Hcy and hs-CRP levels in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, [(17.25 ±5.28)μmol/L],hs-CRP [(7.12 ±2.26)mg/d L] and [(10.69 ±2.69)μmol/L,(1.93 ±1.25)mg/d L], and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the abnormal test rate of Hcy and hs-CRP was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal increase of Hcy and hs-CRP is closely correlated with the coronary heart disease, which can provide a certain reference for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
