鼻外径路与鼻内径路鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较鼻外径路与鼻内径路鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法该研究于2011年1月—2015年12月方便选取成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院收治的84慢性泪囊炎患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各42例,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、复发率、满意度及不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率(95.24%)明显高于对照组(78.57%)(χ2=4.85,P<0.05)。研究组患者的止血时间[(3.49±1.22)h]较对照组[(6.39±2.09)h]明显缩短(t=2.88,P<0.05),其复发率(0.00%)较对照组(11.90%)明显下降,满意度(95.24%)则较对照组(50.00%)明显升高(χ2=5.19、7.87,P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率(0.00%)与对照组(9.52%)相比明显下降(χ2=3.98,P<0.05)。结论鼻内径路鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效优于鼻外径路,且并发症发生率低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of pore nasal lacrimal surgery by nasal external route and internal route. Methods 84 cases of patients with chronic dacryocystitis admitted and treated in our hospital from January2011 to December 2015 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the total treatment effective rate, recurrence rate, satisfactory degree and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(95.24% vs 78.57%)(χ2=4.85,P<0.05), and the blood stopping time in the research group was obviously shortened compared with those in the control group [(3.49±1.22)h vs(6.39±2.09)h](t=2.88,P<0.05), and the recurrence rate was obviously decreased compared with that in the control group(0.00% vs 11.90%), and the satisfactory degree was obviously increased compared with that in the control group(95.24% vs 50.00%)(χ2=5.19,7.87,P<0.05), and the incidence rate of complications in the research group was obviously decreased compared with that in the control group(0.00% vs 9.52%)(χ2=3.98,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of pore nasal lacrimal surgery by internal route is better than that of nasal external route, and the incidence rate of complications is low, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
