摘　　要：从优化教学内容,创新教学方法和教学手段、改革考核方法等方面着手,对应用型本科食品专业"食品毒理学"课程的教学改革进行有益的探索和实践。In this paper, combined with the optimition teaching content, innovative teaching methods and teaching means and reform assessment methods, in order to improve teaching reforms and practice for Food Toxicology courses in application-ori-ented university.
