摘 要:针对现役船用离心泵在高效节能、无过载特性等方面存在的欠缺,阐明了高效、无过载离心泵设计的理论依据,提出了高效、无过载低比转速离心泵的设计方法。利用高效、无过载设计方法开发了某船用串并联离心泵,并进行了试验验证,试验结果表明该设计方法能有效提高低比转速离心泵的效率,并具有无过载特性。该设计方法可以推广应用于现役的各类船用离心泵以及民用低比转速离心泵。To overcome the difficulties of energy saving and non-overloading characteristics in marine centrifugal pumps, this paper demonstrates the theoretical analysis and proposes a new design method for the high efficiency pumps with a low specific speed. According to proposed method, a serial-parallel running pump have been developed, and the experimental results have shown that proposed design can obviously improve the efficiency of the pumps with a low specific speed, and there is no overloading influences. Thus this proposed design can be applied widely for various kinds of marine centrifugal pumps, as well as other civil ships equipped with the pumps with a low specific speed.
