摘  要:利用Fluent软件对水膜式蒸发冷凝器管外成膜情况进行了三维数值模拟,将模拟结果与文献中的试验值进行了比较,变化趋势总体吻合较好,计算并分析了椭圆管在不同迎面风速和倾斜角度下的管外水膜厚度及分布情况。结果表明:液膜厚度波动随着风速的增大而增大,且波动区主要集中在周向130°~160°附近;随着倾斜角度的增大,水膜厚度波动区向下偏移;迎面风速一定时,管外周向液膜厚度呈先减小至周向65°位置后开始增加的趋势。Three-dimensional numerical simulations of film formation on water film evaporator condensers were simulated by Fluent, and the simulation results fit well with the experimental consequences. The thickness of water film, distributions of different air speeds and tilt angles were analyzed. Results showed that the fluctuations of film thickness increase with the increasing of wind speed, and the fluctuation positions mainly concentrates in the circumferential direction about 130° to 160°;As the tilt angle increases, the thickness fluctuation area of water film moves downward; When keep the air speed constant,the circumferential water film thickness is reduced to the position of 65 circular angle first, and then increased.
