摘 要:在大坝超薄防渗墙(墙厚15~30 cm)施工中,单一技术很难兼顾防渗墙既能深入基岩不透水层,又具有较高经济性.据此,结合小型水库除险加固工程实例,从可实施性、经济性和防渗加固修复效果等维度,对采取振动防渗板墙和高压喷射灌浆相结合的组合防渗技术的施工进行分析,发现组合防渗技术较单一高喷灌浆,施工工效要高55%以上,经济性造价要约低20%.通过探坑开挖检查、注水试验和取样室内检测,结果表明:防渗墙体整体连续性和密实度均较好,各项检测指标均满足设计规范要求.Single anti-seepage technology cannot be good at both the impervious walls embedded into the bedrock impermea-ble layer and higher economy during the construction of ultra-thin impervious wall with 15 ?30 cm thickness. The construc-tion feasibility, economy and anti-seepage reinforcement effect of have been analyzed based on engineering case of the small reservoir reinforcement project. Combined with the high-pressure jet grouting technology, the construction efficiency of anti-seepage composite technology is 55% higher, while the economic cost is about 20% lower. Every index of seepage control body with good overall continuity and density is proved to meet the designed requirements by excavating checks, water in-jection experiments and indoor sampling inspections.
