摘 要:基于非概率可靠性理论,建立在役舰艇船体结构非概率可靠性分析模型.以某大型舰艇为研究对象,分析了载荷响应参数(航速和波高)对船体结构可靠性的影响规律,得到了不同航速和海况条件下的在役舰艇船体结构可靠性评估公式.结果表明:波高对舰艇结构可靠性的影响相对于航速更为突出,通过降低航速来提高舰艇结构的安全性效果较小;但当舰艇在临界航区航行时,通过适当调整航速来提高舰艇结构的安全性是可行的.The on-probabilistic reliability analysis model was established based on the non-probabilistic reliability theory to assess the security of warship in-service. With a frigate as an example, the rules of effect of loads response parameters (velocity and waveheight) on reliability of structures of warship in-service were researched. Simultaneously, the hull structure reliability estimate formula was ob- tained under the condition of different velocities and sea states. Results show that the wave height has a more obvious effect on the hull structure reliability than the velocity, and the way to improve the safety of warship structure by reducing the velocities is unsatisfactory, but it is feasible through adjus- ting velocities properly when the warship cruises in the critical navigation area.
