摘 要:以异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)、碳酸丙烯酯(PC)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为原料,合成了一种新型的光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA),通过红外对其进行了表征,研究了PUA合成的最优实验条件,对其光固化过程和涂膜性能进行了分析。结果表明:当用7%的光引发剂Irgacure 184引发PUA固化时,其双键的最终转化率最高,可达93.7%;涂膜性能较好,表面干燥,硬度达到3H。Using isophorone diamine ( IPDA), propylene carbonate ( PC ), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) as raw materials, a novel UV-curable polyurethane acrylate (PUA) was synthesized, and characterized by FT-IR. The optimized synthesis condition of the PUA was studied, and their curing processes and physical properties were further investigated. The results showed that the optimum dosage of photoinitiator Irgacure 184 was 7%, whereby the final double bond conversion rate of the PUA could reach 93.7%. Meanwhile, the cured films had better properties such as dry surface and high pencil hardness (3H).
