摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、丙烯酸六氟丁酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为主要原料合成了低折射率含氟丙烯酸树脂(FA)。通过红外光谱对FA的结构进行了表征,研究了各原料对FA性能的影响。以FA树脂为主体,配合含氟活性稀释剂、多官能活性稀释剂、光引发剂制备了折射率低于1.378 0的紫外光固化光纤涂料,分析了各组分对涂料外观、折射率、黏度、固化速度及力学性能的影响。A fluorinated acrylate (FA) with low refractive index was synthesized based on dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, hexafluorobutyl acrylate, n-butyl acrylate, acrylic acid and glycidyl methacrylate. The structure of FA was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the effects of the raw materials on the properties of FA were studied. The UV-curable optical fiber coatings with refractive index less than 1. 378 0 was prepared by using the main matrix FA and other additives including reactive fluorinated diluent, polyfunctional reactive diluent and photoinitiator. The influence of different component on the appearance, refractive index, viscosity, curing speed and mechanical properties of the coatings were analyzed.
