摘  要:紫外光固化涂料在实际的应用中也存在与常规涂料相似的流变问题,比如沉降问题、流挂问题以及触变假稠带来的供料和流平问题。文章针对助剂对紫外光固化涂料流变行为的影响进行了实验和分析,并且通过选择合适的助剂来改善紫外光固化涂料的流平性、防沉降性以及抗流挂性。Rheological characteristic is one of the most important characteristics of liquid coatings. It might determine the usability and application performance of liquid coatings. UV- curable coating has a similar rheology issue as conventional coatings, such as leveling, settlement, sagging and the feeding problem caused by the rheological property. In this paper, the rheological behavior of additives in UV-curable coatings has been investigated. Thus, the suitable additives are selected to improve the leveling, anti-settling and anti-sagging performance.
