摘　　要：未来住宅的基本主题就是人与自然和谐相处、居住环境舒适和生活方式便利,由此,为了顺应时代的发展潮流,绿色生态便成为未来住宅的大势方向.具体到绿色生态住宅建设和使用过程中,指通过充分利用自然资源,使用高效节能的建筑材料,从而节约不可再生的资源能源,并把建筑材料废弃物对大自然的污染降到最低,使得人类的居住环境可以从环保、文化、风景、社交等多重环境下进行整合,进而使得人居环境品质更加明净、舒适、高雅.The basic theme of the future housing is the harmony between man and nature, comfortable living environment and way of life, thus, in order to conform to the trend of development of the times, the future of green ecology will become the general trend of residential. Specific to the green ecological residential construction and use of the process, by making full use of natural resources, the use of energy- efficient building materials, thus saving nonrenewable energy resources, and put on the nature of the pollution of building material waste to a minimum, so that the human living environment can be integrated from environmental protection, culture, landscape, social etc. Multiple environment, which makes the quality of residential environment more clean, comfortable and elegant.
