摘  要:采用木质素、丙烯酸、对乙烯基苯磺酸钠为原料,采用氧化还原引发系统,Fe^(2+)/H_2O_2引发木质素,过硫酸钾引发单体AM和SSS,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,一锅法合成了接枝共聚改性抗高温水溶性降滤失剂。最佳工艺条件为木质素加入量为2g,单体的物质的量比:丙烯酸∶对乙烯基苯磺酸钠为4∶2,过硫酸钾浓度为4.0×10^(-5) mol/g,硫酸亚铁铵浓度为2.60×10^(-4)mol/g,交联剂浓度为10.5×10^(-5) mol/g,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为5h。通过了红外表征和扫描电镜下的微观形貌分析,表明单体丙烯酸、对乙烯基苯磺酸钠接枝在木质素大分子上,泥饼颗粒中出现了溶胀现象,起到了降低渗透率的作用。A water-soluble filtrate reducer that can resist high temperature were synthesized by one-pot graft co- polymerization with lignin/acrylic acid/sodium p-styrene sulfonate, using redox initiating system, Fe2+/H2 02 initia- ting lignin reaction, potassium persulfate initiating AM and SSS reaction and N, N'-metbylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent. Optimum synthesis conditions are confirmed as the amount of lignin of 6g, n(AA) : n(SSS)= 4 : 2, potassium persulfate concentration of 4.0×10^-5 mol/g, ammonium ferrous sulfate concentration of 2.60×10^-4 mol/g, cross linking agent concentration of 10.5×10^-5 mol/g, reaction temperature of 70-C, reaction time of 5h. The infrared characterization and micro structure analysis of scanning electron microscopy showed that acrylic acid and sodium p-styrene sulfonate were grafted on the lignin and swelling phenomenon was appeared in particles of mud cake, then the reduction of permeability was realized.
