摘　　要：百余年来,英语学界对《宗教大法官》进行了全面、充分的阐释,涉及长诗的背景设置、文体特征、材料来源、形象解读、主题思想和诗学等各方面内容,成果丰硕,见解独到,对深入理解陀思妥耶夫斯基具有重要的借鉴意义。Over the last 100 years, the scholars in the English academia have conducted comprehensive and abundant researches into The Great Inquisitor, which involve the background setting, stylistic features, material sources, image interpretations, thematic thoughts and various aspects of poetics. Those researches have made fruitful achievements and presented unique views, and are of great importance in understanding Dostoyevsky.
