摘　　要：风险评价是风险管理的重要内容。本文以黑龙江省装备制造业服务化转型风险为研究对象,设计针对其服务化研发、制造、营销三个主要环节的风险评价指标体系,采用AHP-模糊综合评价法,通过专家意见法集结,建立三角模糊数风险评价系统,对该省装备制造业服务化风险的情况进行实证研究。结果表明,该省装备制造业服务化总体风险等级处于中等偏高水平,其中,服务化研发风险略高于服务化制造和营销风险,并对各个风险因素评价结果进行排序,为该省风险应对措施提供依据和参考。Risk assessment is important part of risk management. In this paper, the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province service transformation risk as the research object, the design aimed at the service of research and development, manufacturing, the three main aspects of marketing risk evaluation index system, using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, through the method of expert opinion gathering, set up triangular fuzzy number risk evaluation system, empirical research on the equipment manufacturing services risk situation. The results show that the equipment manufacturing services at the level of the overall risk level, medium high the service development risk is slightly higher than the service of manufacturing and marketing risk evaluation of various risk factors, and the results of sequencing, and provides reference for the measure of risk in the province.
