中国粮食托市收购政策体系绩效评价研究——兼论粮食价格政策改革方向

摘　　要：由粮食最低收购价格政策和粮食临时收储政策及其配套政策形成的粮食托市收购政策体系是近年来中国最重要的粮食宏观调控政策措施。本文在对中国粮食价格形成机制的机制结构和粮食托市收购政策体系的组成部分进行梳理的基础上,对中国粮食托市收购政策体系的绩效与存在问题进行分析,并提出了相应的政策性建议。Grain support and procurement policies which are made up of minimum grain purchasing prices policies and temporary grain purchasing and storage policies are the most important Chinese grain macro-control measures in recent years. Based on the discussion of mechanism structure of grain prices formation mechanism and the components of grain support and procurement policies in China, this paper analyzes the performance and problems of grain support and procurement policies in China . Then this paper puts forward the corresponding policies and suggestions.
