摘　　要：近年来,我国牛肉价格高位小幅徘徊,与前期价格持续高涨阶段相比,我国牛肉生产与消费出现了一些新的特征和趋势。本文重点对我国近二三年来牛肉价格下降趋势和价格波动特征进行分析,并且从我国肉牛产业发展、牛肉进口趋势以及居民消费需求变化等方面对牛肉价格下降原因进行分析。在此基础之上,本文提出加强牛肉生产供给侧改革、完善牛肉价格调控、打击牛肉走私、提高牛肉产品市场竞争力等建议,以期更好地促进我国肉牛产业的发展。In recent years, the beef price of China is high slightly wandering. Compared with the previous period, there are some new beef production and consump- tion features and trends. This paper focuses on the analysis of the decline trend of beef prices and the price fluctuation in the past two or three years. Analysis the beef price drop reason based on industry development, import trends, consumer demand changes aspect. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to strength- en the beef reform of the supply front, improve the price regulation of beef, crack down on beef smuggling and improve the market competitiveness of beef products, so as to better promote the development of beef cattle industry in China.
