摘　　要：新经济自提出以来受到各界的广泛关注和高度重视,但是各方对其认识并不统一,对其评价指标更无定论。而新经济起源的美国,早在1999年就已建立了新经济指标体系并连续发布了七期报告。本文介绍了美国新经济成熟的指标体系及其数据获取、信息分析、发布和动态调整的有效机制,并借鉴有关做法和经验,提出要加快构建科学评价新经济发展的指标体系,尽早形成定期发布报告并根据新情况及时修正补充的机制。New economy has attracted extensive concerns and great attentions since it was proposed by China＇s government. However, there is no common acknowledgement or unified evalua- tion index system for new economy in China. Meanwhile, the United States, where the origin of new economy, has constructed a new economy index system and released seven reports since 1999. This paper introduces the state new economy index of America, including the data acquisition, the information analysis and distribution, and the effective mechanism of dynamic adjustment. Research shows that it is necessary to speed up the construction of index system for monitor- ing and evaluating new economy in China, while forming a scientific mechanism with America＇sgood practice and experiences as a reference.
