中国民航业发展与居民增收互动关系实证研究——兼论民航票价的中介传导作用

摘　　要：推动民航事业深度融入地方经济发展,既是促进地方产业结构升级、提升经济发展质量、增加居民收入的重要手段,更是落实"基本航空服务计划"的重要举措。本研究利用2003-2015年我国民航业与城镇居民可支配收入数据对二者关系进行格兰杰检验,结果表明全国民航业发展与城镇居民可支配收入之间存在着较好的互动关系,但在全国七大地区以及各省之间二者关系存在着严重的不均衡现象。未来我国民航业应进一步加大与地方经济融合力度,从而让广大居民享受民航事业发展成果,同时也为民航发展创造更持续的消费市场。Promoting the deep integration of civil aviation industry into local economic devel- opment is not only an important mean to promote the upgrading of local industrial structure, im- prove the quality of economic development and increase the income of residents, but also an impor- tant measure to implement the basic aviation service plan. The results show that there is a good interaction between the development of civil aviation industry and the urban disposable income. Furthermore the results show that there is a positive relationship between the development of civ- il aviation industry and urban disposable income in 2003-2015. There is a serious imbalance be- tween the seven regions and the provinces. The future of China＇s civil aviation industry should further increase the intensity of integration with the local economy, so that the majority of res- idents will not only enjoy the results of civil aviation development, but also create a more sus- tainable consumer market for the development of civil aviation.
