摘  要:为研究中国城镇化与用水效率的动态关系,本文拟用人均用水量和用水强度作为衡量用水效率的指标,选用2004-2013年中国省域空间面板数据,研究了中国城镇化与人均用水量及用水强度之间库兹涅茨曲线的存在性。研究结果表明:人均用水量及用水强度均呈现倒N型曲线,且大多数省区处在下降前的爬坡阶段。应对城镇化背景下的用水问题,需要调整产业结构、推动技术创新、经营方式创新,同时需要制定协同联动的区域用水、治水机制。To study the dynamic relationship between the China urbanization and water use efficiency, this paper intends to use the per capita water and water intensity as a measure of the efficiency of water use index, the existence of Kuznets curve between Chinese urban- ization and Per capita water consumption, water intensity was studied by using the spatial panel based on the China provincial data from 2004 to 2013:The results of the study show that: both the Per capita water consumption and water intensity all presents inverted n-shaped curve, the most of the provinces are in climbing stage before decline stage. Deal urban water problems under the background of urbanization need to adjust industrial structure, promote technology innovation and management innovation, and need to develop collaborative mechanism of the regional water use and run.
