摘　　要：从1984年烟台获批首批沿海开放城市那天起，开放的力量便迅速注入了烟台、强劲引领着烟台、深刻改变着烟台!开放创造了实力雄厚的烟台。烟台从一座默默无闻的滨海小城，成为全国经济实力前五位的地级市。现在每3天就能创造1984年全年的GDP和地方财政收入。2016年，开放型经济提供了全市约40％的GDP、50％的税收和60％的城镇就业。Ever since Yantai was approved among the first group of coastal open cities, it has been invigorated with the open power, which strongly guides and fundamentally changes Yantai. It is openness that creates the powerful Yantai. Now Yantai has changed from an unknown coastal city into a prefecture-level city that ranks top 5 in China in terms of its economic strength. It takes it three days to create its GDP and local fiscal revenue for the whole year of 1984. In 2016 the open economy provides the city with 40% GDP, 50% tax revenue and 60% urban employment. Openness has shaped the energetic Yantai.
