摘　　要：20世纪美国政府对就业政策的调整实质就是通过政府干预对劳动力供给进行调节。美国的经验教训对于中国供给侧结构性改革具有借鉴意义,它验证了政府对就业市场的干预是促进经济良性运行的有效手段,从行政管理、反歧视等方面提供了借鉴。中国的改革应避免美国政策调整中的应急性等缺点和不足。In Essential, American employment policy adjustment in the 20th century was to intervene in the labor supply. Ameri- can adjustment improved the economic development, and have reference meaning to Chinese supply - side reform. Chinese reform is not temporary. It＇ s useful to implement the reform through enacting efficient employment policy, establish moderately administrative mechanism, and efforts to ehminate employment discrimination.
