摘 要:为了研究萨索鸡,涟水土鸡及其杂交F1代(萨索鸡♂×涟水土鸡♀)的生长发育规律,为其科学饲养管理及后期选育提供理论依据,本试验测定了萨索鸡,涟水土鸡及其杂交F1代(萨索鸡♂×涟水土鸡♀)0~12周体重数据,利用Logistic、Von Bertalanffy和Gompertz三种非线性生长模型拟合其生长曲线,并比较各生长模型的拟合效果。结果显示,3种模型均能较好地拟合三个群体的生长曲线(R2>0.99),但综合考虑拟合度和E值及成熟体重后发现,Gompertz模型拟合效果最佳;萨索鸡、涟水土鸡及其杂交F1代相比,具有较大的出雏重,成熟体重、拐点体重、最大周增重、绝对生长速度和相对生长速度,杂交鸡的成熟体重、拐点体重、最大周增重、绝对生长速度和相对生长速度比涟水土鸡都有很大幅度的提高,拐点时间也有提前,显著优于涟水土鸡。Gompertz模型对三个群体的的拟合效果最佳,杂交F1代的生长性能与涟水土鸡相比具有较大幅度的提高。In order to provide basis theoretical for their scientific breeding and management, body weights of Sasso chicken Lianshui chick- en and F1 generation ( Sasso chicken ♂×Lianshui chicken ♀ ) during 0 - 12 weeks were measured and three nonlinear curves of Logistic, Von Bertalanffy and Gompertz models were used to fit the growth curve and the fitting effect was compared. The results indicated that the three models could well fit with the growth curves of three groups (R2 〉0. 99), but considering R2, E values and mature weight Gompertz model was the best. Sasso chickens had a larger hatching weight, mature weight, weight inflection point, the biggest weekly gain weight, the abso- lute growth rate and relative growth rate. The mature weight, inflection weight, biggest weekly gain weight, absolute growth rate, relative growth rate and advanced inflection weeks of hybrid had a very substantial increase comparecd with Lianshui chicken. Gompertz model showed the best simulating effect. The growth performance of F1 generation had a substantial increase compared with Lianshui chicken.
