摘 要:在25℃的恒温培养箱中无光照条件下培养叶底珠种子,测定叶底珠种子萌发过程中贮藏物质的变化。结果表明:叶底珠种子的发芽率为99%,随着叶底珠种子的萌发,含水量迅速增加,淀粉含量降低,培养第4天时降至最低值,后有所升高;淀粉酶活性至第6天增至最高,6d以后呈下降趋势;可溶性糖含量逐渐增加;粗脂肪含量在培养的0~6d变化不大,6d以后迅速下降;蛋白质含量先降低后升高,但总体变化不大;游离氨基酸含量逐渐增加。Changes in some store substances in seeds of Securinega Suffruticosa were studied when the seeds were cultivated darkly at 25 ℃.The result showed that the seed germination rate was 99%.The water content of seeds increased quickly with the seeds germinating, while the starch content decreased gradually and reached the lowest on the forth day,and then increased.The activity of amyl- ase increased the most until the sixth day, and decreased after 6 day. The content of soluble sugar increased,the content of crude fat had a little change within six days,but decreased subsequently.The content of protein decreased first and then increased, but changed little during germination. The content of amino acid increased.
