麻醉前保温干预预防妇科腹腔镜手术围术期低体温与寒战的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨麻醉前保温干预预防妇科腹腔镜手术围术期低体温与寒战的效果。方法选择我院2016年1~6月期间收治的90例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法随机分为两组各45例,对照组患者予常规棉被覆盖保温,观察组在麻醉前采用冲气式保温毯预保温,比较两组患者麻醉及手术期间体温和术后寒战发生率。结果麻醉1 h后及手术结束时,观察组患者的中心温度分别为(36.08±0.85)°、(36.28±0.46)°,明显高于对照组的(35.01±1.02)°、(35.97±0.58)°,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后寒战发生率为15.56%,明显低于对照组的37.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉前保温干预对预防妇科腹腔镜手术围术期低体温与寒战具有确切的效果。Objective To explore the effect of preanesthesia thermal interventions on the prevention of hypothermia and shivering during gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Ninety cases of patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery between January 2016 and June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table（45 patients in each group）： the control group was treated with conventional quilt covers,and the observation group was treated with forced-air warming blanket insulation before anesthesia. The body temperature during anesthesia and operation, and the incidence of post-operative shivering between the two groups were compared. Results At 1 hour after anesthesia and at the end of operation, the central temperature of the observation group were（36.08±0.85）°,（36.28±0.46）°, respectively, which significantly higher than（35.01±1.02）°,（35.97±0.58）° in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of post-operative shivering in the observation group was 15.56%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group（37.78%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preanesthesia thermal interventions had a positive effect on prevention of hypothermia and shivering during gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.
