摘 要:餐后低血压(PPH)发病率高,糖尿病患者因为胰岛素抵抗、常伴有自主神经病变成为易感人群。餐后低血压危害大,是死亡、冠心病、脑卒中的独立危险因素,且不易察觉,容易被患者、医生、家庭保健人员忽视,目前尚无确切的治疗方法。本文作者就餐后低血压治疗的研究进展进行分析,包括药物和生活方式干预,旨在探究改善2型糖尿病患者餐后低血压的方法。Postprandial hypotension has a high prevalence, and it is common among diabetics in result from insulin resistance and autonomic neuropathy. Postprandial hypotension causes extensive damage to patients, it is an independent risk factor for general mortality, coronary disorders, and stroke. And it is always ignored by physicians, patients and home health care. The exact therapy of postprandial hypotension is unknown now. The study's aim is to explore the methods of attenuating postprandial hypotension, including medicine and lifestyle intervention by reviewing the research progress of attenuating postprandial hypotension in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
