摘　　要：学校机械系实习车间经常会遇到一些机械设备损坏而需要焊补维修的工作。针对一台C630型车床床头箱轴承座出现裂纹情况,经过综合分析、试焊实验,采用了手工电弧冷焊焊补的工艺方法,取得了满意补焊质量效果,节约了成本,成功地恢复了该车床的正常运行。Mechanical system often meet some mechanical equipment damage which needs to be weld repaired during the internship time. This article aimed at a C630 lathe headstock which is cracked of bearing seat in our school＇ s professional latheman, through comprehensive analysis and test welding experiment, using the manual arc cold welding repair method, has obtained the satisfactory effect of repair welding quality and saved the cost and restored the normal operation of the lathe successfully.
