口服特比萘芬联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗淡紫拟青霉皮肤感染一例  

Terbinafine combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of cutaneous Paecilomyces lilacinus infection: a case report

摘　　要：患者,女,46岁。因右上臂红斑伴瘙痒1年就诊。根据其临床症状和体征,受累组织器官中真菌的分离培养,组织病理学特征以及分子生物学鉴定技术,该病例诊断为淡紫拟青霉皮肤感染。体外药敏试验显示对特比萘芬敏感,采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合口服特比萘芬治疗取得较为满意的治疗效果。A 46 year-old woman presented with a pruritic erythema on the right upper arm for more than a year. The diagnosis of Paecilomyces lilacinus infection was made according to clinical manifestations, culture of the fungus, histological features of the lesions and molecular technique. The patient was sensitive to terbinafine and then treated with terbinafine combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy （ALA- PDT） and the efficacy was good.
