摘　　要：介绍了一类带有临界值的两性分支过程及其反射过程,当它的初始值充分大时,得到其渐进性质具有迭代性.A class of population-size-dependent bisexual branching processes with a threshold is considered. Asymptotic behaviour of such branching processes and its reflected processes are obtained when the initial population size is large enough.
