摘  要:光子晶体激射图像与其非均匀度的关系在本论文中报告.一维光子晶体能产生锥形激射,在屏幕上可以观察到一个0°方向的激光光斑和与其同心的1个激射圆环.锥形激光的波长和发散角度严格由光子晶体带宽的位置和能带的宽度决定.激射圆环的能量集中度可以显示出光子晶体带边的色散特性.证实了激射圆环的能量越集中,光子晶体带边越陡峭.这种锥形激射光斑可以用来直接观测光子晶体的色散关系,由此探测的光子晶体结构的非均匀性.The relationship between photonic crystal lasing pattern and the structural uniformity of pho- tonic crystals (PCs) is reported. The lasing emission from one-dimensional photonic crystals is conically shaped and the pattern on the screen is composed of one lasing spot and a concentric lasing ring. Both the lasing wavelength and the emission angle of cone lasing emission are strongly dependent on the band posi tion and band width. More importantly, the energy concentration at lasing ring can reveal the dispersion properties of the band edge. We demonstrated that the more the energy concentrated in lasing ring direction, the shaper the band edge is. Such cone lasing patterns providing a direct visualisation for the dispersion relation can be used for detecting the uniformity of photonic crystals.
