摘　　要：本文尝试通过调研WIPO目前的知识产权发展总体发展状况,了解其战略政策以及文献信息的发展现状,分析其未来可能存在的专利信息发展趋势及需求,结合我国目前与WIPO在专利文献信息业务方面的合作内容,对未来我国在WIPO框架下开展文献信息国际交流合作提出建议。The main content of the article is to review the status of the Intellectual development of WIPO, and to learn about its strategies on the IP policy as well as the development of its patent documentation related business.Also the articles include the analysis of the tendency of the patent documentation and the related requirement from WIPO side and the current patent documentation corporation between China and WIPO which conclude the suggestions on how to strengthen the bilateral international communications.
