摘　　要：当今社会,外观设计专利越来越多地走进公众视线,外观设计专利评价、维权案例数量大幅提升,进而外观设计专利权的稳定性凸显得尤为重要,其中也显现出外观设计简要说明及其修改对专利权保护范围的认定、后续确权难度均产生了较大影响。本文将从相关法律规定着手,以后续确权案例为索引,对简要说明的修改略加分析,试以此对简要说明作一个较为全面的解读。Currently, more and more design patents go into the public view because of sharply increasing evaluation and right case.Thus, the stability of design right is highlighted to be of significant important, and the difficulty on protection scope identification of right and the following patent confirmation is great affect by brief explanation and amendment of design patent.Based on the relevant laws or regulations, this paper generally studied the brief explanation by the index of following confirmation case and analysis on amendment of brief explanation.
