研究型医院青年科技人才培养成效及策略分析

摘　　要：目的:分析新疆某研究型医院青年科技人才培养及科研产出情况,为进一步加强人才培养提供依据。方法:以新疆医科大学第一附属医院为例,分析其2009-2014年青年科技人才在获得医院科技人才奖励后承担基金项目、获得科技成果、发表SCI论文等情况。结果:2009-2014年医院获奖励的优秀青年科技工作者共计52人,其中杰出青年16人,科技之星36人。医院的科研产出主要集中在优秀青年科技工作者上,但科技之星在科技成果的质量、SCI发表论文的篇数和平均影响因子上较杰出青年均显不足。结论:医院应对青年科技人才的培养和激励机制进一步完善,加强医院科技创新文化和科研环境建设,充分调动和激发青年人才的积极性和创造性。The goal is to analyze the outcome of cultivating youth scientific and technical talents and their scientific researches in a research-oriented hospital in Xinjiang Province, in order to provide evidences and experiences for talent training improvement. Take the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University as an example, analysis has been carried out on the funded projects, the scientific and technological achievements, and the published SCI papers etc. contributed by youth scientific and technical talents between 2009-2014 after they had been awarded Hospital Technology Award. A total of 52 outstanding young scientific and technical talents in the hospital won awards between 2009-2014, including 16 Outstanding Youth, and 36 Science and Technology Star. The hospital＇s scientific research output is mainly contributed by outstanding young scientists and technicians, but the star of science and technology apparently show some disadvantages in the quality of scientific and technological achievements, the number of articles published in SCI and the average impact factor, compared with the outstanding youth. The hospital should further improve the training and incentive mechanism of young scientific and technological talents, strengthen the construction of scientific and technological innovation and scientific research environment, and fully motivate and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of young talents.
