医学实验室在研究型医院建设中的作用和体会

摘　　要：临床研究型人才和研究型科室是建设研究型医院的基础,医学实验室是培养临床研究型人才、培育临床研究型科室的基地。开放共享的医学研究实验室,既保证了科技资源的开放共享,又实现了多学科的交叉融合、协同攻关,同时也解决了临床医师医、研时间分配上的矛盾,为临床研究型人才的"内养外引"提供了良好的支撑条件。Clinical research talents and clinical research department are essential for research-oriented hospital construction. Medical laboratory provides a cultivation and training base for clinical research talents and clinical research department. Open and sharing medicine research laboratory does not only ensure the sharing of science and technology resources, but also realize the multidisciplinary cross amalgamation which tackles key problems in collaborative effort. At the same time, it resolves the problem how clinicians allocate their time between clinical work and medicine research, and also supports ＂internal training and external introduction＂ of clinical research talents.
