摘  要:文章建立了倾斜式太阳能蒸馏器的三维两相模型,确定了边界条件,利用CFD模拟软件,在理想条件下,在不同工况下对倾斜式蒸馏器腔体进行单因素数值模拟,研究了不同流速、蒸馏器倾斜角度等对蒸馏器产水量的影响,分析了蒸馏器腔体内的温度分布。随着给水流速的增大,产水量降低。倾斜角度为45°时的产水量要高于倾斜角度为30°时的产水量。通过模拟和实验对比分析,最大偏差在15%之内,从而验证了模拟的可靠性。Three dimensional two phase model is developed in the paper and the boundary condition is determined. Under ideal condition, the chamber of solar still was simulated with the single factor in different condition. In the different velocity and cover inclination on the influence of the distiller water rate and the distiller chamber temperature distribution in the chamber were ana- lyzed. With the increase of feed water flow rate, water rate reduced. It was concluded that conden- sing cover at inclination 45 ° obtained the higher yield as compared to 30° slope. There was good agreement with experimental result and simulation result. The maximum error was within 15% which verified the reliability of the simulation.
