摘 要:海岛淡水资源短缺,海水淡化已成为解决海岛淡水资源短缺的主要途径。海岛淡化系统设计与沿海陆地系统设计不同,在综合考虑海岛特点的基础上,应以模块化、集成化、自动化为设计原则。结合某海岛淡化工程设计案例,对设计思路及工程流程进行了介绍,工艺为"多介质过滤器+保安滤器+一级三段反渗透"的工艺方案。系统设计规模5 m^3/d,反渗透系统设计脱盐率>99%,产水满足饮用水需求,经工程验证,产水TDS不大于300 mg/L。此外,文章对系统组成及关键设备亦进行了说明。For the shortage of freshwater resource in the island, seawater desalination has be- come the main way to solve the shortage of freshwater resource. The design of island desalination system is different from that of coastal land system. Based on the characteristic of island, it should be modularized, integrated and automated as design principle. Combined with my unit on an island desalination project design case, the design ideas and engineering processes were introduced the process of "multi - media filter + security filter + three reverse osmosis" of the program. System design scale was 5 m3/d, reverse osmosis system design desalination rate more than 99% , water production to meet the drinking water need, the project validation, water TDS not greater than 300 mg/L. In addition, the system composition and key equipment was also described.
