骨外固定治疗创伤性胫骨感染性骨不连临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究并探讨骨外固定治疗创伤性胫骨感染性骨不连的临床疗效.方法：于2011年1月～2015年12月,选取30例创伤性胫骨感染性骨不连患者作为此次研究的对象,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性的研究分析,所有患者均实施单边式骨外固定治疗,观察患者的优良率、住院时间、骨折愈合时间,并对比患者治疗前后的膝关节功能评分.结果：患者的优良率为93.33％,住院时间、骨折愈合时间分别为12.74±1.96天、3.51±0.75个月.治疗后,患者的膝关节功能评分较治疗前明显提高（P〈0.05）.结论：在创伤性胫骨感染性骨不连患者的临床治疗中,采用单边式骨外固定治疗具有显著的临床效果.Objective： To study the clinical effect of external fixation in the treatment of traumatic tibia infected nonunion. Methods： In January 2011 ～ December 2015, 30 cases of traumatic tibia infection and bone nonunion patients were selected as the research object, the clinical data of patients was taken with retrospective analysis of the study, all patients were implemented unilateral bone external fixation for the treatment, the excellent and good rate, hospitalization time, fracture healing time were observed, and before and after treatment ,the knee function score was compared. Results： The excellent and good rate was 93.33％, the length of hospital stay and the time of fracture healing were （12.74 ± 1.96） d, （3.51 ± 0.75） months. After treatment, the knee function score of the patients was significantly increased than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Unilateral external fixation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of traumatic tibia infected nonunion patients.
