摘　　要：目的：探讨老年股骨骨折病人的护理方法,提高老年患者的生活质量.方法：通过对老年股骨骨折病人的评估,针对老年病人的心理活动,做好心理护理,提高老年病人对手术的耐受性,减少并发症的发生.结果：50例老年股骨骨折的病人,通过积极的治疗和精心的护理,均取得了较好的效果.结论：50例老年股骨骨折病人,没有发生严重的并发症,均取得了良好的治疗效果.Objective： To investigate the nursing methods of elderly patients with femoral fracture, and to improve the quality of life of the elderly patients. Methods： through the evaluation of elderly patients with femoral fractures, psychological activities for elderly patients, psychological care, improve the tolerance of elderly patients to surgery, reduce the incidence of complications. Results： 50 cases of elderly patients with femoral fractures, through active treatment and careful nursing, have achieved good results. Conclusion： 50 cases of elderly patients with femoral fractures, no serious complications, have achieved good therapeutic effect.
