摘 要:从活性污泥中分离筛选到一株具有高絮凝性能的菌株ZY36,通过菌株形态、生理生化特征和16S r DNA测序分析,鉴定该菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌属。该菌株产生的絮凝活性物质为分泌型胞外物质,通过实验确定了最适絮凝条件,在此条件下进行放大实验,菌株ZY36发酵上清液对啤酒废水的COD去除率可达到94.68%。Strain ZY36 which has effective flocculating capacity has been separated and screened from activated sludge,and identified as Bacillius megaterium by cell morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16 S r DNA sequencing analysis. The flocculating active substances produced from Strain ZY36 is a secreting type of extracellular material in the supernatant. The optimized flocculation conditions are determined by the single factor experiment. Under these conditions the scale-up experiment is conducted,and,as a result,the COD removing rate of brewery wastewater by the fermentation supernatant of Strain ZY36 can reach 94.68%.
