摘　　要：高校学生社团数量庞大、种类多,高校社团户外活动的安全开展,迫切需要一套系统的、规范的、具有应用价值的安全机制来给予保障。基于此,对首都14所高校258名社团师生进行问卷调查,了解社团户外活动开展现状,同时基于2000—2015年典型户外安全事故案例,对社团户外活动安全风险因素进行聚类分析。研究显示:高校社团户外活动内容主要以山地户外运动为主;高校社团活动参与者应对户外突发事故能力薄弱;高校社团户外活动安全机制不健全;安全机制建设受资金、政策、法规、人才等因素制约。因此,从高校社团户外活动的准备阶段、开展阶段、事故发生阶段、求救与救援阶段、后续事故处理阶段5个阶段入手,尝试构建"五维度一体"的高校社团户外活动安全管控体系,为首都高校学生社团户外活动安全开展与安全机制建设提供参考。Due to the large number and variety of college student associations,it is urgent to have a systematic,standardized and applied security mechanism for outdoor activities of associations.This study did a questionnaire survey on 258 students and teachers of 14 universities to understand the current situation of outdoor activity of associations,and did cluster analysis of safety risk of outdoor activities based on typical outdoor safety accidents in2000-2015.The results showed that outdoor activities of college student association are mainly mountain outdoor sports; the participants＇ ability to deal with unexpected incidents in outdoor activities is weak; the security mechanism of outdoor activities of college student associations is not perfect; the construction of security mechanism is restricted by funding,policies,regulations,personnel and other factors.Therefore,this study tried to construct a＂five-dimension integration＂security management system of outdoor activities of college student associations from five stages including the preparation stage,development stage,stage of accident,stage of distress and rescue,and stage of subsequent accident disposal,and to provide reference for constructing security mechanism and developing outdoor activities safely of college student association in capital.
