摘　　要：分析了近年欧盟非食用消费品快速通报系统（RAPEX）对我国输欧产品通报数的变化态势，也分析了近年来我国输欧服装鞋类因违反REACH法规被召回数较快上升的状况及其化学危害因素，指出：禁用偶氮染料依然是近年来我国输欧服装被召回的头号“杀手”，我国企业必须从源头强化清洁生产、加强监控、加大检测、加快替代，迅速改变这种状况。In recent years, the state of change about numbers of products exported to Europe from China circulated by EU RAPEX was analyzed. The situation about the numbers of recalled apparel and footwear which had been exported to Europe from China rised rapidly as well as their chemical harmful factors were also analyzed. And it was pointed out that banned azo dye was still No. 1 killer of the recalled apparel which had been exported to Europe from our country in recent years. The enterprises of our country have to strengthen clean-production from source, tighten superintendence and control, reinforce inspeclion, speed up replacement so as to change this situation quickly.
