异甘草酸镁注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨异甘草酸镁注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效。方法选择46例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为观察组，44例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为对照组，观察组静脉滴注异甘草酸镁注射液150mg／（次·d），对照组静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷注射液120mg／（次·d）。治疗结束后两组进行疗效评价。结果异甘草酸镁注射液在改善患者临床症状和肝功能指标方面明显优于复方甘草酸苷注射液组。结论异甘草酸镁注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切。Objective To investigate to efficacy of magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 46 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were selected as the observation group, 44 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients as the control group, the observation group intravenous infusion of magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection 150mg/ （ d times ） , the control group intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhizin injection 120mg/ （ d times ） . After treatment, the two groups were evaluated. Results magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection was significantly better than compound glycyrrhizin injection group in improving clinical symptoms and liver function indexes. Conelusion Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection is effective in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
