依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者血浆Hcy hs-CRP水平及血压的影响

摘　　要：目的观察依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hey）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs．CRP）水平及血压的影响。方法选择160例H型高血压患者，随机平均分为依那普利叶酸片治疗组（依叶组）和依那普利治疗组（依苏组）。依叶组患者口服依那普利叶酸片，依苏组患者口服依那普利片，疗程6个月，两组均于治疗前后测定血浆Hcy、hs—CRP并测量血压进行比较。结果依叶组治疗后Hey（10．16±2．47）μmol／L、hs—CRP（3．05±0.76）mg／L、收缩压（SBP）（130．54±7．67）mmHg、脉压（PP）（47．54±4．78）mmHg，低于依苏组治疗后Hcy（18．61±4．04）μmol／L、hs—CRP（4．16±1．13）mg／L、SBP（138．57±4．82）mmHg、PP（53．12±5．17）mmHg，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依那普利叶酸片治疗对H型高血压患者具有有效降低血压、血浆Hcy、hs-CRP作用，值得临床推广。Objective To study and analyze the effect of enalapril folic acid tablet treatment on levels of plasma homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （ hs-CRP ） and blood pressure in patients with H-type hypertension. Methods 160 patients will H-type hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.Patients in the obseration group were treated with oral enalapril folic acid tablets, whereas patients in the control group were treated with oral enalapril maleate tablets.The treatment course was 6 months.The levels of plasma homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （ hs-CRP ） and blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, Systolic Blood Pressure （ SBP ） and Pulse Pressure （ PP ） in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, （10.16±2.47） μmol/LVS. （18.61±4.04） μmol/L, P〈0.05; （3.05±0.76） mg/LVS. （4.16±1.13） rag/L, P〈0.05; （130.54±7.67） mmHgVS. （138.57±4.82） mmHg, P〈0.05; （47.54±4.78） mmHgVS. （53.12±5.17） mmHg, P〈0.05. Conclusion The enalapril folic acid tablet treatment can reduce the levels of Hey, hs-CRP and Blood pressure.It＇ s worthy of clinical recommendation.
