摘　　要：目的探讨保留主动脉瓣主动脉根部置换术（David手术）的护理配合。方法对实行保留主动脉瓣David手术的18例手术患者术前采取医护患联合互动式了解病情，并告知手术过程和方式。积极准备该手术特殊器械、仪器及特殊物品。手术过程严格遵守无菌操作原则．了解主刀医生特殊需求，紧密配合手术医生。结果手术顺利，全组无手术或住院死亡。结论术前多部门联合充分讨论患者的病情及手术步骤是保证手术顺利完成和患者安全的前提。Objective To summarize the nurse-surgeon cooperation in valve sparing aortic root replacement （ David ） surgery. Methods 18 patients were scheduled for David surgery. The disease, surgical procedure and method were fully talked between medical staff and patients preoperatively. The special surgical instruments, equipments and the other special items were prepared. Strict compliance with the principle of aseptic technique during the surgery. The nurses should try to actively acquire the special needs and cooperation from the surgeons. Results The operation was successful, and all patients had no death in hospital. Conclusion The preoperative multidisciplinary consultation and surgical procedure are the key points for the successful surgery and patient safety.
