椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术治疗青壮年腰椎间盘突出症围术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨分析椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术治疗青壮年腰椎间盘突出症的围术期护理疗效。方法：将2010年1月至2015年8月收治的36例青壮年腰椎间盘突出症作为观察对象，对所有患者实施髓核摘除术治疗，并给予患者围术期护理干预，观察分析患者手术治疗与护理效果。结果所有患者中，31例患者临床症状基本缓解，经过1个月治疗后恢复正常生活与工作状态，治疗3－6个月后体力得到恢复；其余5例患者，临床症状基本消失，患者劳累时出现腰痛或下肢酸胀感，正常生活与工作状态得到恢复。结论椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术治疗青壮年腰椎间盘突出症的围术期护理效果较好，患者术后恢复较快，值得使用与推广。Objective To investigate and analyse the effect of perioperative nursing care of young patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with microendoscopic discectomy. Methods 36 cases of lumbar disc herniation in spine department of our hospital from January 2010 to August 2015 were taken as experimental subject. All patients were treated with discectomy and given perioperative nursing intervention. The effect of surgical treatment and nursing were observed and analysed. Results In 31 cases, clinical symptoms were completely disappeared. These patients got back to normal life and worked after a month of treatment, and their strength were recovered after 3-6 months of treatment. In the rest of the 5 cases, clinical symptoms were basically disappeared. These patients got back to normal life and worked, although low back pain or lower limb soreness still occurred when tired. Conclusion All cases with lumbar disc herniation treated with microendoscopic discectomy acquire good outcomes through perioperative nursing care. The patients recovered well after operation, thus it is worth further using and spreading.
