摘  要:采用内循环塔式反应器,对电解、电Fenton及电辅助Fe^(2+)活化过硫酸盐法(E-Fe-PDS)降解水中苯胺进行了对比实验研究。以石墨棒作为阳极,机械加工废料铁刨花作为阴极,阴极底部空气曝气,考察了电压、pH、Na_2S_2O_8浓度、FeSO_4浓度等反应参数对苯胺降解效果的影响。结果表明,E-Fe-PDS法降级苯胺效果最佳,反应30 min,苯胺去除率可达95.7%,苯胺的降解过程遵循准一级动力学规律。且通过中间产物分析发现,E-Fe-PDS法相对于电解和电Fenton法中间产物种类更少,矿化更为迅速,但同时会产生4,4'-二氨基联苯等聚合物质,因此该技术实际推广时应对底物及其中间产物进行详细评估并寻找合适条件以降低二次污染物产生风险。A comparative experimental study on aniline degradation in water was conducted involving three different technical processes i.e. electrolysis, electro-Fenton and E-Fe-PDS (electro-assisted Fe2+ activated peroxydisulfate). The experiment was conducted with a bench-scale internal circulation batch reactor (ICBR), within which was fixed a graphite rod as anode and iron chips as cathode, as well as an aerator at the bottom. The operation parameters affecting aniline degradation were investigated, which included electric voltage, pH value, Na2S2O8 concentration and FeSO4 concentration. This experimental study suggested that of the three processed E-Fe-PDS was the best in aniline degradation with aniline removal rate of 95.7%, and its reaction process fitted with the pseudo-first order kinetics model. In addition, in the case of the reaction using E-Fe-PDS, the polymerization intermediates produced during the reaction process, detected by HPLC, were of fewer types but higher mineralization rate, in comparison with the electrolysis and electro-Fenton processes; however, some intermediate products such as 4, 4 '- diamino biphenyl, so called the secondary pollutants, were likely found as well, which were difficult to decompose. So, careful assessment is needed before the E-Fe-PDS technology is put into use in practice.
