摘 要:目的探讨摩根摩根菌的临床分布及耐药性特点。方法收集由不同临床科室患者痰液、血液、尿液、脓液、胆汁等标本中分离出的摩根摩根菌共80株,常规进行菌株培养,革兰染色、氧化酶试验初筛后进行菌株鉴定,采用K-B法进行药敏试验,并分析菌株分布情况。结果 80株摩根摩根菌主要分离自痰液[42.50%(34/80)],其次为创面分泌物[25.00%(20/80)]。该菌种对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、头孢唑啉耐药率为100.0%,对庆大霉素和复方新诺明的耐药率均大于50.0%,对美洛培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦和头孢吡肟耐药率为0。结论在多种临床标本中均可检测到摩根摩根菌,该菌耐药性较严重,且呈现多重耐药,临床应加强监测其耐药情况。Objective To explore the characteristics of clinical distribution and drug resistance of Morganella morganii. Methods Eighty strains of Morganella morganii isolated from sputum, blood, urine, pus and bile specimens of the patients from different clinical divisions were collected. Routine strain culture was conducted. Strain identification was performed after preliminary screening by Gram stain and oxidase test. Then drug sensitive test was performed using K-B method and strain distribution was analyzed. Results Eighty strains of MorganeUa morganii were mainly isolated from sputum[42.50% (34/80) ], secondly from wound secretion[ 25.00% (20/80) 1. The drug resistance rates of this bacteria to amoxicillin, ampicillin and cefazolin were 100.0%, to gentamicin and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole were more than 50.0% , and to meropenem, cefoperazone/sulbactam and cefepime were 0. Conclusion MorganeUa morganii can be detected in various clinical specimens. Severe drug resistance and multiple drug resistance can be observed in Morganella morganii. The clinical monitoring of resistance for this bacteria should be strengthened.
