摘  要:目的:利用傅里叶变换红外光谱结合聚类分析法对不同加工方式肉苁蓉的宏观差异进行分析,为名贵濒危中药肉苁蓉加工方式的鉴别和选择提供方法和依据。方法:通过采用带有全反射衰减附件(ATR)的红外光谱仪,在4000~650 cm^(-1)波段内检测3种整株加工和5种不同切片加工方式处理的180个肉苁蓉样品粉末,得到红外光谱图,图谱通过ATR校正及预处理后,应用Assure ID软件进行聚类分析。结果:以识别率和拒绝率为指标判断聚类结果,当两个值都越大时,表明这两类物质之间没有重叠,可以较好地将其聚类然后分开。整株加工和切片加工的药材样品分别聚类,结果显示整株加工的肉苁蓉样品中,3种加工方式的识别率和拒绝率最高值均达到100%,最低值为76%;切片加工的肉苁蓉样品中,识别率最高达100%,拒绝率最低为72%。结论:红外光谱结合聚类分析不仅能有效区分不同加工方式的肉苁蓉样品,并且能佐证产地加工对药材成分变化的影响,为加工炮制药材的快速鉴别和质量控制提供了方法。Objective: Inorder to provide basis for the identification and selection of theprocessing methods of- Cistanche deserticola, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FFIR) combined with clustering analysis method was applied toidentify C. deserticola samples with different processing methods. Methods: By using the FTIR with attenuated total reflection (ATR) accessories, 180 samples from the whole plants or slices of C. deserticolathat went through diverse processing method- swere detected, and the infrared spectrographs in 4000-650 cm- t waveband were obtained. The spectrographs were corrected u- sing ATR correction, and then clustering analyzed by Assure ID software. Results: The recognition rate and rejection rate are used as two judging criteria for clustering results. When the two rateswere bigger, it indicated that themodel performed more discrimination efficiency. As revealed by respectiveclustering, samples from both whole-plant processions and slice processions were at high values in these two rates. Thus, we could identify them through the method mentioned above. Conclusion: Infra- red spectroscopy combined with clustering analysis can not only distinguish samples of C. deserticola with different processing methods, but provide a basis for nondestructive identification and rapid evaluation ofother medicinal materials.
