摘 要:目的:考察不同产地与药用部位对穿心莲药材质量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法比较不同药用部位(粗杆、细杆及叶)、不同产地及市售药材中穿心莲内酯、新穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯、新穿心莲内酯苷元及4个成分总和的含量。结果:穿心莲叶中所含有的穿心莲内酯及二萜内酯类成分总含量最高,其次是细杆,粗杆含量最低。对不同产区间穿心莲药材内酯类成分含量的比较中,以广西平马地区产穿心莲药材穿心莲内酯及二萜内酯类成分总含量最高。而在市售穿心莲药材的质量比较中发现差异较大,但呈现出与本文前述实验相同的规律,即穿心莲叶含量多者,质量较佳。结论:不同产地与药用部位对穿心莲药材具有显著的影响。Objective: To study the quality of Andrographis Herba from various locations and markets. Methods: HPLC method was employed to compare the content of andrographolide, neoandrographolide, dehydroandrographolide, an- drograpanin and total content of the 4 components extracted from various parts of Andrographis paniculata, including thick stem, thin stem and leaves. The contents of these diterpenoid lactone extracted from A. paniculata collected from various places and markets were also compared. Results: The results showed that the content of andrographolide and total content of diterpe- noid extracted from leaves were higher than those extracted from stems. The content of diterpenoid extracted from thick stems was the lowest. Regarding various locations, the A. paniculata from Pingma, Guangxi province had a higher content than those from other locations. For A. paniculata from various markets, the content of andrographolide and total content of diterpenoid fluctuated significantly. However, the distribution of effective components in A. paniculata from various markets was consistent, with the highest content in leaves and the lowest content in thick stems. Conclusion: Different places and medicinal parts have significant effects on the Andrographis Herba.
