摘  要:目的:研究离子液体超声提取五味子木脂素的最佳提取工艺。方法:以五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量为指标,分别考察离子液体种类、浓度、料液比、提取温度和超声时间对提取效果的影响,得出最佳提取工艺参数;将所得的最佳提取工艺与超声提取法和回流提取法比较。结果:五味子木脂素的最佳提取工艺为以0.4 mol·L^(-1)的溴化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑[C12MIM][Br]为提取溶剂,料液比1∶30,温度30℃,超声提取10 min时,效果最佳。结论:离子液体超声提取法简便快速,可用于五味子中木脂素的快速提取。Objective: To optimize the extraction technique of lignans from Schisandra chinensis, using ionic liquid- based ultrasonic-assisted extraction (ILUAE). Methods: Different cations and concentration of ionic liquid, solid- liquid ra- tio, extraction temperature and time for ultrasonic treatment were optimized by single factor experiments in order to increase the content of schisandrin, schisandrol B, schisantherin A, deoxyschisandrin, schisandrin B. Moreover, heat-reflux extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction were also experimented forthe comparison. Results : The optimized operational variables of IL- UAE were obtained as follows: [ C l2 MIM ] Br concentration 0. 4 mol/L was selected as solvent, solid-liquid ratio was 1:30 (m/v), ultrasonic treatment lasted for 10 min under the temperature 30 ℃. Conclusion: ILUAE is convenient and rapid, and can be used to extract lignans from S. chinensis.
